I’m Mathis, photographer, videographer and founder of Sparklic on the French Riviera. I love images that tell a story—and, above all, the people who bring them to life.
MY STORY
From landscapes
to storytelling.
Before photography and film, there was landscaping. After studying landscape management, I moved into communication and started my business in 2021, aged 20.
But video had always been there: when I was younger, I edited holiday films, credits and all, for family screenings. My first event shoots made something click. Being on location, meeting people and working with a team felt like the right place for me.

Before picking up the camera, I take time to get to know you: your story, your ideas and what you want to communicate. My background in communication taught me to think about the message as much as the image.
On a shoot, I like to keep things relaxed, help you feel comfortable and let moments unfold. Listening, reliability and sincerity guide the way I work. And a little humour is never far away.
An event, a brand or a personal milestone: the aim is always the same—to create images that feel true to you.
Let’s get to know each other ↗︎From our first conversation to delivery.
Before the shoot. We discuss your needs, location and intended uses. I provide a quote setting out the scope, formats and delivery schedule.
On location. I organise the shoot around the brief and coordinate with your suppliers when needed.
Afterwards. I select and edit the photos or films, then deliver the agreed content. Quantities, formats, revisions and deadlines are specified in your quote.
